50/25/25
The 50/25/25 is a spin off of the classic 30/30/30/10 rule. The classic rule is too use 30 percent of your income or wage on day to day expenses, 30 percent on investments, 30 percent on savings and 10 percent on emergency expenses. What BudgetBud and many other people were thinking is, “How can I use my money to enjoy my life and have fun?”. Well BudegtBud has thought very hard on how we can make this rule better for young people and we have thought of the perfect way to, save your money, pay essential expenses and last and most importantly how to have fun with your money and we came up with the 50/25/25 rule.
50 PERCENT
50 percent of every pay check must go towards the expenses you must to pay for example:
Student loans
Rent
Bills
Ext.
25 PERCENT
25 percent of every pay check should go towards savings and emergency. This is essential for your future because it is good to be able to have money too fall back on if something ever goes wrong, you get hurt or your saving up for something.
25 PERCENT
The last 25 percent of every young persons pay check should go towards living your life and having fun. This 25 percent is very important for young people especially because you need to live your life whilst your young. So this is why we think you should use 25 percent of your pay on yourself.
